Question: What's the difference between the MSA Sordin Supreme Pro IV and Pro-X?

Answer: The simple answer is that the X stands for X-tra waterproof. Apart from that the headset electronics are exactly the same. The only other difference is in the warranty. The Pro-X comes with a 5 year warranty on the electronics as opposed to a standard 1 year on the Pro IV.
If you want a headset for use outside in all whether conditions, then for the extra money, the Pro-X is an excellent choice.



Question: How do you change the ear seals/hygiene kits on the MSA Sordin Supreme models?

Question: How do you insert the batteries in the MSA Sordin Supreme Pro models correctly?

Answer: The first battery is inserted with the + facing out. The second battery is inserted with the + facing in. This battery will push down the first battery into place. See the following video for demonstration:-
