Terms and Conditions of SRS Tactical

PAYMENT AND ORDERS

SRS Tactical accepts all major credit cards, certified checks, agency purchase orders and money orders (funds must be submitted prior to the shipment of merchandise). Other terms may be specified at the time of your order. Prices quoted are in U.S. funds.  Minimum orders $25.00 (excluding sales tax and shipping).

NET - 30 Day terms may be available upon request.  Please feel free to discuss credit terms with our staff should you have any questions.

Interest applied to overdue invoices at 1.5 % per month (18 % Annually) on overdue balances.  Finance charges are calculated based upon the due date assigned to your invoice.

SHIPPING

We typically ship via UPS ground, UPS 2-Day Service, UPS Next-Day & US Priority Mail. Other means of shipping may be specified. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday at approximately 4:00 PM (EST).  Saturday delivery may be available at a premium rate.

NOTE:  We reserve the right to contact our customers via email or telephone to confirm their orders or to obtain specific information not provided with their order.  We do not release customer information and do not sell personal information to mailing Companies.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

A 20% restocking fee is charged for returned goods or if order cancellation is received - whether or not the order has been shipped.  A Return Materials Authorization Number (R.M.A.) is required when ANY item is returned, for any reason. SRS Tactical must receive items returned for refund within 14 days from invoice date. Custom products may not be returned for refund or exchanged unless prior approval is obtained from SRS Tactical The assigned R.M.A. number must be visible on the outside of the package or the package could be rejected and returned at your expense.

Please obtain a return authorization number prior to sending goods.  Unauthorized returns may be returned to you, at your expense.

INTERNET ORDERS

Orders placed using our shopping cart will be confirmed within minutes in the form of an email invoice.  Therefore, it is important for you to supply a valid email address or you will not receive your order confirmation.  If you do not have an email address, please place your order by telephone.  Our internet ordering systems is completely secure, for your privacy.
